In a fresh departure from traditional seminary programs ASCM
has developed the Master of Arts in Christian Leadership (MACL).
This is a skill-building master's degree focused on developing
the student's competency in three areas: communication, leadership
and spirituality. Class time is intentionally structured to
provide one third of the emphasis on the development of skills
in addition to the knowledge component. For those wishing
to develop practical abilities related to leadership the MACL
is the best option. It requires a minimum of two years study.
The first year is class work. The second year is thesis writing.

This program is a 'fast-track' option for those with a B.Th.
or B.C.E. degree who do not wish to repeat their theology
studies in an advanced seminary degree. Students with a B.Th.
or B.C.E. are eligible for a one year, 30 units, non-thesis
MCL. This degree is a non-CHED-recognized degree, which is
accredited by the Asian Theological Association (ATA).
