ADMISSION PROCEDURES FOR FILIPINO APPLICANTS

Filipino applicants interested in attending ASCM should request an application form from the Registrar’s Office:

  ADMISSIONS
Asian Seminary of Christian Ministries
ACCM Bldg., 102 Valero Street, Salcedo Village,
Makati City 1200, Philippines


The Admissions Committee will consider an application after the Registrar has received the following:


1. A completed application form and the non-refundable one-time application fee.

2. An essay of at least 200 words by the applicant relating his/her conversion, ministerial experience, vision for ministry, and how the ASCM program will help fulfill this vision.

3. An official transcript of records from the last school attended.

4. For high school graduates, Form 137-A is required. All records are to be sent directly to ASCM from the school and/or university last attended.

5. One 1½"x1½" recent photo.

6. Three evaluations (using the form provided by the school) from three character references.

7. A copy of the marriage contract (if married).

8. Medical Certification of fitness to undergo seminary activities.

9. English Proficiency Exam and MAT/OLSAT. Local applicants are required to take the English Proficiency Exam and the MAT/OLSAT as requirements for admission (see general requirements for admission for details)

10. Applicants who obtain the required scores will then be interviewed.

11. Applicants will be informed of acceptance by the registrar and may proceed with the enrollment process.

Deadline for Receipt of Application

Deadline for completion of all application requirements (1-8) and submission of the same to the ASCM Admissions office is two (2) weeks before the posted registration dates. Exams must be completed according to the posted schedule.
