STUDENT SCHOLARSHIP AND FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
ASCM
offers a wide variety of financial aid to qualified students
including endowment scholarships. Since, ASCM is the seminary
of Church of God World Missions in Asian Region, priority
in ASCM Scholarship Program is its members. There are churches
and private individual who support this program from Asia
and the U.S.A.
RATIONALE
The Committee
on Student Financial Assistance was created in 1989 to develop
a financial assistance program that would grant prompt financial
aid to the needy students of the Seminary. Thus, the Committee
formulated the Student Financial Assistance Program (SFAP).
The SFAP aims to grant scholarships, tuition fee discounts
and forms of financial aid to ASCM students who are unable
to support themselves financially during their ministerial
training in the seminary.
The funding
on this program (SFAP) come form the following endowed scholarships
and is awarded only to full-time students. Criteria for selection
are Christian character, financial need, leadership potential,
denominational affiliation and participation in seminary activities.
